Legends Training for Active Adults is based on the same training principles that we use everyday to help build our athletes. We’ve taken that same knowledge that we apply to building strength and stamina for athletes and tailor it to meet the needs of adults to reach their goals—from getting in shape, losing weight, or preparing for a marathon — to those who simply want to feel stronger and healthier to meet life’s everyday challenges and build longevity!
ADULT FITNESS TRAINING OPTIONS
THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMS ARE NOW AVAILABLE:
For youth athletes and newcomers to sports. This program introduces ground-based protocols to help improve movement patterns and endurance.
This is our foundational program, which only requires 2 days per week to reach your speed & power potential. With 1-Treadmill Day & 1 Plyometric Day, the program includes exercises on our proprietary equipment with our individualized training protocols that have been scientifically proven to provide the fastest results for all athletes.
Custom-tailored nutrition plans are available for both athletes or anyone that is interested in both getting the most out of their training, optimizing performance.
When you recover, you give your body a chance to adapt to the stress that you put it through with exercise. During this process, your tissue repairs and your muscles are replenished with more glycogen (their energy stores). Fitness creates microtears. Recovery allows them to heal. This is how we grow muscle and get stronger and leaner. You’ll hear some refer to this as “muscle hypertrophy (muscle growth).”
We have recovery programs available that will help athletes perform better after a training session.
You'll never be able to fully tap into your athleticism and power without having the necessary range of motion to allow your body to build up speed in any specifc movement. We offer weekly Yoga classes that target athletes so they can increase their mobility, and ultimately become a better athlete.
1-ON-1 Personal Training sessions are available for anyone looking to get more individual attention. Training plans can be fully customized to meet your goals, whether you are an athlete or someone trying to meet your weightloss goals.
Our programs are created to enhance an athlete in their specific sport. Utilizing our proprietary equipment, we incorporate specific protocols that will optimize the relevant movements that your sport demands. Some sports require more endurance, while some require more jumping. We have the right program for both, and for every sport in between.
FEMALE-SPECIFIC TRAINING PROGRAMS
Did you know that female athletes are considered to be at a much higher risk of injury, especially in their lower extremities. Girl athletes are 80% more likely to suffer a non-contact ACL injury, meaning that they can get hurt just by moving in their sport and landing in a funny way. INJURY PREVENTION & RETURN-TO-SPORT
All of our programs are considered to be injury preventative. However, we incorporate neuromuscular training in all of our protocols, which allows for the brain to better communicate with the body to make the correct movements to work more efficiently.
We offer multiple Return-to-Sport programs both for overhead athletes (baseball & volleyball) as well as anyone who has undergone a knee or ankle injury. To learn more visit:
