About the 1st Step Strength & Conditioning Program

Why Lift Weights?

In addition to building up strength, when lifting weights the body releases proteins throughout the body that improve overall immune health.


Why 1st Step?

You will learn the proper technique that will help you build a strong foundation that will enable you to grow in your athleticism and stay healthy while doing it. We recommend this program for all youth athletes who are taking an interest in improving their physical self.


What Does the 1st Step Program Include?

5 days per week of Functional Strength & Conditioning, Agility, & Mobility. 1 Hour Training Sessions. Recovery Days are Optional.
