4 Sessions Per Month

Each session is broken up into 4 phases

  • Phase 1 (Approx. 30 Minutes): Warmup + Activation (Pre-Jumps, Aquabags, Mobility, Plyoballs, Bodyblades, etc)
  • Phase 2 (30 minutes): Purpose Catch, Bullpens, Short Boxes, Pitch IQ, Trackman Reports, Pitch Design
  • Phase 3 (30 minutes): Proteus Work + Post Jumps + 4-Way Hips Explosion + Post Meeting
    Phase 4 (15 minutes): Recovery Normatec + Infrared Therapy (Coming Soon)

*Includes 4-Day App-Based Throwing Program & Monthly Testings

Monthly Testings include:

  • Cressey Performance Test (For Progress)
  • Shoulder Screen (For Arm Safety)
  • In-Body Scan (For Body Composition)
